Shipping and Delivery Times.
We aim to service standard orders placed within 3 business days. There can occasionally be delays from payment systems and customs that are beyond our control. If you require urgent delivery it may be best to contact us by phone or email before you make your purchase to arrange expedited shipping.
Order confirmation and shipping information.
The order confirmation, confirmation of product availability, and shipment tracking information will be provided to you by email.
Delivery is free within mainland United Kingdom. We will however deliver to most places in the world. Delivery to other countries’ will incur a delivery charge. Please get in touch for a quote before placing your order.
Shipping details required.
A physical address with a telephone number is required for shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes and non-physical Military Addresses like APO/FPO, etc.
Exchange / Returns
We at ARN Racing are committed to offering our customers the ultimate in product quality. We never compromise on safety or give false commitments, and follow a clear policy because we value our customers and want you to know everything before you buy.
We accept no quibble returns on all items, and endeavour to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible. We offer a 14-day return policy from the purchase date.
Our return and exchange policy applies to faulty products, unopened and unused products that are in their original packaging.
Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained.
If you are returning anything to us from outside the UK you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains ‘returned goods’.
Once you have placed your order, you have 24 hours to change your mind. If we do not hear from you we will start to process your order. No product, color and measurement changes will be possible after this 24 hours.
All order cancellation requests will result in a flat-rate deduction of 6% of your order value resulting from the credit card processing charges already incurred by us through your order.
Before shipment of your product, our quality control department inspects the product against quality standards to ensure that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website. If the product is somehow damaged during shipment, only then will we get you a replacement sent with expedited shipping at our expense. If your product is damaged, please mail us at email@example.com, specifying the details of the damage.
